Pete's is a Rock & Roll Dueling Piano Bar. If singing as loud as possible in a crowd is not for you sit at the back of the room. If you can't take a joke sit at the back of the room. If you are ready to clap, sing and scream come grab a seat on the front row and put your song requests on the piano! We are open 7 nights a week and our performers will amaze you.

We had a really fun night here. I was just amazed that most every performer could play 4 instruments and they were good and comfortable on each. They were so lively and really engaged the entire place with their show. You can "sing loud" here....More

Been to plenty of piano bars and this is one of the best. Strong music talents and a great crowd made for a fun night in Austin. Drinks were very reasonably, and our waitress was too much fun.

Love Pete's! Spent 4 nights out of 7 here during F1 week. There's a great buzz here and it's always packed. Entry prices go up over the week but they still get the crowds. I can't actually remember the prices of drinks here but whatever...More

We went on a Thursday! It’s a great place for some drinks and a sing along. We closed the place down at 2 am. Definitely worth a visit!

I'll admit I really didn't want to go at first. I wasn't in the mood for another bar with loud live music. Buuttttt, that all changed once the incredible piano players hit the stage! You can't help but join in on the singing whether you...More

We went there two nights in a row and had a blast each night. This place is non stop entertainment (literally) the whole night. What a talented bunch of performers, with a great sense of humour.

We loved Petes, Very lively atmosphere, but also very crowded. It's a 6th street bar however, so while its not quite our pace to bump elbows all night, it's hard to complain about it. What do you really expect? All in all petes exceeded our...More

First time going to a dueling piano bar and it was really fun. We went on a Thursday night around 11pm. We paid a $5 cover charge and sat on the second floor as the first floor was full. Okay drinks, a tad expensive. We...More

Stopped in with our 24 year old daughter and had a blast! Very crowded but so much fun. They played all genres of music and we sang and danced. The crowd was all ages. So much better than sitting at another bar.

Sorry for the late answer. I believe it was first come first serve but try to call ahead and ask the bartender. They were super friendly.
