I first came upon the from the north shore and got a picture of his back. There next day I saw the front. A fun stop on a beautiful hike.

This is what Austin is about. One cannot visit Austin without seeing Stevie Ray. His music and free spirit personify the creative and free spirit of Austin Texas. Take a stroll and enjoy the great weather!

I've stopped at Stevie's spot several times because it's just perfectly placed! The lake and city in the background! Nicely done!

I like Stevie Ray Vaughan and his music. It was cool to see the statue. The beauty of the trail is the better attraction for me anyways.

The SRV statue is nestled beside a quiet lake along a walking and bike path. Watch out for the lunatic bikers! The workmanship is amazing and fitting for this guitar God.
