Park was clean considering how many people were there, quite easy to get in and out of as well. Would visit again.

Our son is 2 years old. The Zilker Zephyr was, beyond a doubt, the highlight of our vacation, to him. He was so thrilled. I would recommend Zilker Park to any family with young children. Our son also enjoyed the botanical gardens. The trails are...More

You can rent a bicycle and ride through the river's landscapes. End you tour having a refreshing swimming experience and take an uber back to your place.

We were concerned about large crowds on Labor Day so we arrived early. There weren't many parking places left, but once inside the pool area it didn't seem that crowded. The water is beautiful and quite cold. We spent about 3 hours swimming the length...More

The park offers a variety of activities e.g. kayaking, paddle boarding, beach volleyball etc. The Barton Spring Municipal pool is located in Zilker Park, as well. It’s nice to walk around, because you are able to see the skyline of Austin.

Great place for a walk or hike. Lots of trees and shade when it’s hot outside. Barton Springs is in the park.

Great park to spend some time at. Has a great walking and bike bath loop trail, with great views of downtown Austin across Lady Bird Lake along with being able to watch all of the paddle boarders and kayakers.

It's 7 miles from the Hill of Life (at the end) to Zilker park where the Barton Creek Greenbelt trail begins. It's 4 hours for an average hiker

Yes, you can fish at Lady Bird Lake. I Googled "fishing Zilker Park" and found government websites on how to do it.
