Top Track! You would never know it is a "Muni."

Located in SW Arlington, Tierra Verde Golf Course is a diamond in the rough. The course is very well maintained. Greeters will meet you at your car with a cart. The clubhouse contains a fully stocked pro shop and restaurant. The course is very playable if you can hit a straight drive, avoid bunkers, water hazards, woods and nature areas.... More

Any discriminating golfer will love this track! Grill has GREAT food. One warning: much of Course is tree-bound. When TX gets its insufferable summer heat -- especially in JUL & AUG -- very little air moves. If you play TIerra Verde in the summer season, dress really cool; don't drink alcoholic beverages; and, hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! It seems to hold... More

he menu is wide and offers many unique options. While the sandwiches are very good the fish is always something I enjoy at few places. Never greasy and staff seems to focus on the food where they are proud what they serve,

Nice, well groomed course with the best greens around Arlington. The carry on your tee ball will be a challenge unless you are a low handicapper, so be prepared to have a high score. Good pro shop, friendly staff, good restaurant with good waitresses. The golf marshals pester you some, so take it in stride, they are just exercising their... More

I've been coming here since it first opened!! Lovely course but quite difficult! Totally natural setting and tramping about off-course to fetch balls is against the rules as this is an Audobon course where the rough environment is protected as a natural area. See everything from roadrunners to coyotes while golfing. Nice restaurant on site makes a great place to... More

It is hard to find a course a nice as what Arlington has at Tierra Verde. The closest course to me to compare would be Bridlewood. Friendly staff. Fairway and greens were in very good shape. Well removed from most city noise.

The food here is very good. It is never busy. We go there often on a Saturday night and it's never busy unless they are having a rare specialty night. Call ahead because when they have a special night they will not let you order from the menu. Food is great, price is great, service is very slow but worth... More

Let's start by saying that in our area many of the courses lost their greens to last years' sudden freeze and have struggled to make a comeback. We are golfers and we understand that. By now all is well again. Tierra Verde is very nice an it has protected areas within the course by Audubon society which is good. You... More
