Was really interesting & different. We followed & went to most of the Route 66 acctractions. This was very different & interesting from the normal tourist traps.

Cool monument dedicated to helium. Time capsule underneath. Pouring when we stopped, unfortunately, but worth a look if you're heading to the science museum next-door with kids or you want to embrace your inner nerd a little.

Cool place you can spend 20 minutes at. There is some information on the history of the monument there as well.

This was an interesting point of interest. The legs (columns) of the structure were filles with books and historic items to let people of the future see what it was like to live in 1968. It is basically a huge multi compartment Time Capsule.
