I took my soon to be daughter in law last week for a spa pedicure. We had a wonderful time and the pedicure was perfect. The big copper tubs were fragrant with lemongrass and lavender. The hot towels were the perfect temperature and the pedicure turned out perfect. I would recommend this spa to anyone who desires great spa services... More

Im not sure why previous customers had such harsh comp ut my experience was great! I did a Groupon deal for $59 and it included a foot mask and hot stones. My therapist was very professional and courteous, applied just enough pressure. The room was very comfortable. I also liked how she massaged my feet. Some therapists act like they're... More

My husband bought me a massage using Travelzoo. The massage therapist was not at all friendly. She seemed as if she didn't want to be there. I asked her if she could work on my back, and she said, "This is not a therapeutic massage." She was very rude. Perhaps she had been having a bad day. Then I asked... More

This spa prides itself on being safe and healthy but after a bad experience with a pedicure, I would not recommend it to anyone. I have had two previous experiences and while it was not a great pedicure, it was acceptable. However, the constant changing of staff has sent a red flag. Today's tech had probably done maybe one or... More

I had my sister in law visiting from overseas, so I happened to catch a Groupon for massages. My wife and her both went, and thoroughly enjoyed it. I drive past this place all the time, and wouldn't have know about it if it weren't for the Groupon.

Ive been dying for a new spa to visit since recently moving into the area, and decided to try Zenity Spa. When first walking in, I was pleased with the atmosphere. I instantly noticed the lack of staff, even for a small "spa" like this, and no one was dressed for work. Maybe the mall. The manager herself was dressed... More

I drove in from Oklahoma for a spa day at Zenity, I must say the it was worth the drive. My experience was amazing. The staff was very attentive. My facial was the best part of my experience. I was very pleased with the results. I think her name was Cathy, she was very thorough and gave me advise on... More

Bought a package on Groupon for them...took them a week to get back to me on an initial appointment, then when I couldn't make it and called to reschedule I got an v-mail. Haven't been able to contact them for weeks, they just ignore my request. L-A-M-E Oh, love how they discredit legitimate complaints by saying "must be a competitor."... More

For my birthday, I was given a spa package including "sweet dreams" and a copper pot pedicure. About two hours before my scheduled start time, I received a call. The caller said "Connie?". I asked who was calling?. The zenity representative said "Oh, this is not a bill collector, I am from Zenity spa. Would you like to come early?".... More
