This is a very good museum . One that everyone needs to visit when they are in the area. Or its even a nice place to visit on a weekend getaway.

Went with a group of students. A lot of interesting items on display from the area and it's railroad history. The students enjoyed the morning we spent here.

You can buy tickets at the museum not shade trees there or picnic area The Horseshoe curve has an incline or walk up and there is an area at the top and bottom where you park for shade and a picnic
