Stand Up Ashland is Ashland, Oregon's Stand Up Paddling company. We offer rentals as well as River SUP tours, which are raft-supported and range from a half-day to three or four-days on the Wild & Scenic Rogue River.

Paddle boarding withStand Up Ashland was a great experience. The instructor was very experienced and made everyone feel comfortable on the boards. It is a great outdoor activity with beautiful views.

My wife and i had a private tour of Emigrant Lake with Steve. He is very personable and patient with these two novices. It was pretty windy, so we got pretty exhausted paddling into the wind. However, we still had a great time.
