This is a typical Lake Erie beach. There is a lot of parking, but on the day we visited, the beach was pretty crowded. If you are looking to sea glass hunt, I would suggest other locations. I have never seen so many people searching...More

Quiet beach, free parking, pavilions, playground, bathrooms. Not sure when concessions are open. We visited for the second time yesterday. Sometime in the afternoon, the concessions opened. My husband and I kayaked here and loved the spot. Easy access to the water. Not as crowded with boats and people like Conneaut. Loved this peaceful spot.

This beach is convenient to the downtown area (i.e. food and fuel are merely blocks away), and is a nice place to stop and enjoy some fresh air, lake views, with space for kids to run and play, and an all around low maintenance pit...More

Great view of the lake and sunsets. Some days have more visitors than others Guess that the overall weather determines that.

Far too cold and huge rollers coming in, the day we visited, but the sand beach was high quality for the great lakes, and it was clearly well maintained... EZ access to town and other sites, plus nice picnic/playground areas nearby.

A good place to experience the water. For a first time visit it really let you experience the vastness of the lake. I collected a bunch of shore rocks. It was very relaxing.

There is a pavilion nearby where you can cook. I do not know about cooking on the beach. I would think not on the beach.

No, because sea glass is only found at salt water beaches. You may see beach glass, which is at fresh water beaches.
