In the middle of a road crossing there is a small version of the London Big Ben but not verey interesting and not worth a special trip to see it

This is a Victorian clock in the middle of (for Victoria) a busy junction in the centre of town. It's about 13 seconds of sight-seeing. Take your snap, upload to Insta and move on! Couldn't fault it for accurate time recording thought.

This monument sits rather proudly in the centre of Mahe and needs its picture taken! It’s very amusing and iconic. Choose a time when the sun is not high in the sky.

The clock tower is nice to look at for 5 min, but you wouldn't miss anything if you hadn't seen it. But it certainly is a part of getting to know Victoria, the smallest capital of an independent nation.

Seychelles is pretty low on culture but this is more than made up for with the breathtaking beaches. I could sit and watch the sea brea upon miles of golden sand for ages. However the clock is worth a look if you are passing only.

A shrunk replica of Big Ben which sets off this busy crossroads in Victoria town. A good photo opportunity, especially if you arrive in Victoria for a 1 day cruise stop and its Sunday>>> SO NOTHING IS OPEN!!

OK it's just a small-ish clock tower, but is worth a look if you are nearby. Quite pretty really. An interesting history - it is a down-sized version of a clock tower in London, England and was installed in 1903. Shame it's in the middle...More

I didn't plan to visit this tower at all but I saw him and I drove in Victoria. It small tower in the middle of a roundabout. I would not notice it if I didn't see a picture of it in here.

The clock tower roundabout - of sorts - reminds all visitors to Victoria, aka Creole Capital of the World, of the links the archipelago has to the old world and their former colonial powers. Perhaps small compared to the original but large enough to give...More

HI I stayed in super nice AirBnB on the east side of Mahe island, look for owner Judy. The island has a fantastic bus system that will take you just about everywhere (even the airport) and follows the main road around the... More
