Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Located inside the Pavilion Shopping Mall at Level 2 right next to parking. Staff is very friendly, service oriented and have expert knowledge, especially the instructor of course. After a short video introduction, your instructor shows the cockpit and explains everything you need or want to know. With your chosen flights/airports you can start your experience - obviously, I took Hong Kong's old and dramatic Kai Tak airport for landing. After several minutes of adapting to those high standards and other time-sensitive challenges you really feel like a pilot - with a huge help of the instructor. In the end after almost an hour it was a pretty complex job and my respect for pilots has increased by miles. I highly recommend this experience!

the simulation is realistic!!! The instrument panel and control stock is real like looking. greetings are done by real pilot. they also breif you how to operate and fly successfully.

if you visit with group of freinds then you share flight experience and also share the cost. they have a souvenir shop wich mostly highlight about boeing. so try it and enjoy

Something i had wanted to do for a while. Was fantastic. A quick overview of how planes fly first. We have some basic experience so was fine and they check this first. Then took the captains seat, was guided through the controls and got to choose airport flew from and to. Co pilot Derek was friendly and helpful. If an aviation enthusiast and u have a spare hour in KL then worth a visit,

Very bad. I’ve booked the flight via trip advisor on 10/12/2022 but they never email the itinerary to me but my credit card has been deducted.

I am trying to reach them. Hardly reach them. Bad service!!

400RM ( $100 USD ) for 30 mins. Multiple pricing options. Simulator is a stationary, full scale mock-pit of a Boeing 737 NG ( 700/800/900 ) series, one of the most popular and best selling mid-range, single aisle airliners in history. Chances are you have flown in one, if not many, why not try to test your abilities in piloting one yourself?

It is quite challenging, maintaining airplane pitch, speed, altitude, bank, factoring in wind, etc. I'm fascinated by aviation so I couldn't resist, fun for all ages, especially kids I would imagine ( if mom & dad are willing to pay! )
Derek was a great instructor, a licensed commercial pilot & will make a fine captain one day.

Stayed 2 days in kuala Lumpur for business. On my check in procedure the lady at the counter my passport have a loose side and the rule is to double check with the thai immigration if this would be a problem. So they called the immigration office in Thailand. Was waiting for nearly in hour, luckily the flight was delayed for 90 minutes. Then the duty manager came, very competent person, called serval people in Thailand to hurry up the procedure - I the end they said fixed with a clear tPe and it will be good. Love Asia. So as a tip to all of you the crew on the ground is also very important.
Thank you so much for your help and support.
