Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Beware of these two tricksters that prey on insecure balding men like myself. 🙈😅 They tell you there is a secret remedy that fixed their problem and show you a photoshopped image of one of them with hardly any hair.
They say "I'll show you the remedy and take you to a local 7/11" but then after you buy Olive oil they take you to a friend's store and that is where the real scam begins and they tell you prices to get the local remedy is 90RM but then they bring out more and it is another 180rm I had already paid 90 and said no more having felt quite stupid to have been tricked. We confronted the two indian men who brought us there and they left very quickly after that... I'm a YouTuber so I film alot and I captured their faces before one of them told us to stop.

Bukit Bintang is probably one of two of the most touristy spots in Kuala Lumpur for it’s concentration of hotels, shopping, architecture and entertainment. Some of the shopping is pretty upscale, but there’s plenty that’s reasonably priced, especially if you head to the nearby Jalan Alor which has more street hawkers. Some of the more interesting buildings include Starhill Gallery, but I enjoy visiting for the eclectic mix of modernity and pre-war buildings too.
Can go wrong here if you want to shop, eat or be entertained.

You cannot come to KL, and not go to Bukit Bintang! it is a happening place, particularly at night, where everything comes even more alive! So much shopping and eating options that you will go crazy!
The best mall in the area will be Pavilion, which will have likely all the good brands you are looking for.
If you want a nice (legit) massage, you can also come here. You wont miss the massage places, because of they will be advertising it very aggressively! haha... but personally, I think massage at Petaling Street (Chinatown) is cheaper!

Business has concentrated in the Pavilion end of this short street which used to offer all kinds of shopping before. Sungei Wang and Lot 10 on opposite sides of the monorail have little of interest nowadays, Fahrenheit with Uniqlo is more worth a visit. The large street food area is at the back of the new metro station.

The new Panda Eyes multistore dominates the sleepier stretch of this short street where most tourists will find themselves. For classier shopping there is Pavilion at the other end and many restaurants in between. The popular outdoor food court is down a lane among the budget accomodation.

Bukit Bintang is the center for Kuala Lumpur. It is a very beautiful city for me. A city that never sleeps. This street is fill with night life, great shopping centre and amazing street food. It can take up to a day or 2 just to see everything in Bukit BIntang. The streets are always fill with people.

You'll be drawn to this popular spot if you are staying in KL. It has a wonderful mix of street theatre and up market shopping boutiques. Hop on the Monorail to visit day or night its always busy. Venture around the back streets for hidden gems - restaurants or cafes. Some of the local kebab shops are very popular. Be careful of bag snatchers in this area especially those on bikes when crossing the road.

A very lively area, with many shops and shopping centers. The number of lights surrounding its streets is striking. Mix of high, medium and low standing stores. I recognize that we expect something more, seeing everything so close together and agglomerated, makes you lose the charm.

Bukit Bintang is the golden area of Kuala Lumpur, famous for the BB Park located on the original site of Sungei Wang Plaza and BB Plaza. Now it has become the most fashionable area in Kuala Lumpur due to its nightclubs, shops, and open-air market carnivals. There are many hotels and restaurants nearby, so it’s worth visiting.

10 hours transit at KL, what should I do? ☹️
Written 5 August 2019
You should stay and shop around the Airport terminal. If you take KLIA express to the city to and fro will take around 1hour and cost around $100 RM provided you buy ticket online in advance. Also it is very crowded at the KL sentral.
