Great Fun! Two thumbs up for both Mrl Azree and Ms Joyce. We enjoyed the lunch at the cafe before the workshop. The roast chicken was delicious and mashed potatoes was amazing. The workshop by Azree was very interesting for me and my friends. We really enjoyed ourself at the workshop making rings, key chains and necklace. Lastly, the guided tour by Ms Joyce was very informative. Overall, 5 stars !!!…

Entrance is free to the factory. The workshop is a nominal fee and you get to take away your work. Enjoy :)

It was great to hear some story behind some display and learn about the production process of tin. Hands on activity was a hit; engraving our name into the tin and smashing it into a bowl.

A clever, fascinating, modern and highly professional free guided exhibition through Royal Selangor’s history and achievements which includes a tour of the actual factory and the chance to try your hand at being a craftsman/woman. Child-friendly with something for everyone. Amelia was an outstanding guide and the tour never felt like a sales pitch, but rather a genuinely impressive, successful and proud Malaysian family business.
