Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

KLIA transit is my normal transfer whenever I fly now.

Fast speed rail between both KLIA1 & 2 & City (Sentral station). Its convenient and you can take luggage. One of the best things are you do not rely on the traffic in a taxi or bus & the airport is quite a long way from the city Sentral. I used to take a taxi but now use this as its more reliable.

A high speed railway connectivity between KL Airport (both KLIA1, KLIA2) and KL City - KL Sentral station. Unlike KL Express, the KL Transit has few intermediate stoppages like Putrajaya. It is a very convenient and hassle-free mode of transportation with you luggage and also minimizes the travel time and independent of traffic while travelling between KL city and KL airport.
The trains are very comfortable and the railway personnel are very helpful. One may use the KLIA Transit to transfer between KLIA1 and KLIA2 terminals.

So angry that the ticket did not print properly and no staff on hand at gate to assist. Ended up missing the train and having to waste another 20mins for an expensive time-wasting train ride.

The transit system in KL is easy. The trains tend to be 2 car lengths. The problem with the transit system is transfers between different trains is not in many stations.

We chose the hotel as we expected that we would be tired after a long day traveling and had an early flight the next day.
The location should have allowed us to maximise our rest time
We did not expect over an hour wait to check in at 11pm
Do your self a favour and find another hotel with back pick up service

I frequent this train to the airport or go for meetings in Kl. However for transit, the train will be available every half an hour, or every 15 mins during peak hour.
From Putrajaya/Cyberjaya station,it will take 15mins to Klia and approximately another 4 mins to Klia 2. From Putrajaya/Cyberjaya to Kl is a mere 19 mins train ride (yes!)

The train can be very packed especially from kl sentral during peak hours as mostly daily commuters do park n ride at TBS, Putrajaya/Cyberjaya and Salak Tinggi stations.

I wish more trains are added because this will help us to commute from the suburbs to the city centre.

While transmitting through KL on AirAsia from Gold Coast to Cambodia we had a lay over for 3 hours. The airport is set up well and the process is easy.
We flew premium flat bed and we told we could access the Big Red Lounge while in transit.
We arrived at 03:00 and were set to depart at 06:00. Unfortunately the lounge opens at 06:00. No problem i had seen the photos online of all the great shops and restaurants, unfortunately they don’t open until 05:00.
The movie room was a little average and all of the seats in the airport wrap around your bum, you would think this would be for our comfort however I quickly worked out the main purpose is to stop you from lying down for a quick sleep.
Starbucks came to the rescue, although they to were closed there seating is much more comfortable at least until they open.
I am not one to sleep in airports but at 3am nothing open I thought I’d give it ago.
There is a hotel upstairs with a double banger name next to the red lounge, they were open and next time I would definitely book in.
