Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The library recently had a good exhibition on the ground floor highlighting aspects of Malaysian culture. It was well set out and curated. There are many different areas and collections within the library so ask staff where to find what you need.

Their national library had met my expectations when I was looking for a book where I was not able to find in North African national library, the library is separated in to segments one for the Malay language, the other in English which is my interest. I was surprised when I found my book of research 👍🏻

National Library which located in Jalan Tun Razak is the main and biggest library in the country. It is located not too far from KLCC. You need to be the member (which is free of charge) of the library in order to eligible borrow the books and using other facilities. The design and architecture of the library's building incorporates a traditional Malay heritage which make it so stunning.

The National Library of Malaysia is located on Jalan Tun Razak, a short distance away from the National Blood Bank and opposite The Heart Institute. The building design is based on the Malay headgear or 'tengkolok' which is a symbol of intellectual pride and respect in Malay culture. It is the central repository for Malaysia's historical memory and culture as well as a library that stores, documents and conserve written works that have been translated into print or non-print form. Books can only be borrowed by members and becoming a member is simple and free of charge.
