It is worth a visit so as to get the best out of your time in Nagasaki. The staff there speak excellent English and have many suggestions and maps for visitors.

Very helpful staff, with some English speakers. They were of great assistance booking a cruise to Hashima Island as these trips usually need to booked ahead of time but there are very limited English speakers at the tour companies so having the Tourist Information Centre...More

If you want to go to Mt.Inasa, ask them for the free shuttle bus to the tram station. Moreover, you can buy One day Tramway pass here

Nice and helpful staff at the Nagasaki City Tourist Info Center. Very informtive center with maps and booklets about the city. You will see it when you exit from the JR Nagasaki Station.

This is a great stop before you explore the city! They have maps in English, restaurant guides, and free wifi! It's a great stop before you head out to explore the city!
