There is a vending machine to buy a drink next to this place! :) it wasn't that hard to find using a map and phone. You can't see the harbour though.

good for take a walk to go the Statue of Ryoma Sakamoto's Boots. try the boot & see the view at hill top. quite interest & fun.
The view is nice, the boots are huge, and to get there you will wind your way up (or down) steep narrow alleyways. We liked it.
