It is a good store and very large. The food hall is excellent and connects to Namba Station. The VAT refund is on the top floor. The wait is so long that we preferred to pass.

Amazing food hall with wide selection of food you can eat right away, snacks to take away, and the most amazing gift boxes to bring home for friends and family. Service is impeccable, the place is clean and bright, a foodies dream.

This store is almost like Daimaru in Shinsaibashi. The store has everything from food court to apparels but the space is not as big nor organized as Daimaru but still a good store to do shopping.
