Many people, many restaurants and many happy faces! This is a great place for foodie as we had many nice time at several restaurants. I would say this is the food capital of the world. The day and night time is very different. Highly recommended!

typical touristy-place with a lot of people, shops, fun you may find it hard to take a photo at front of that neon-sign man, but if you visit there early in the morning, or at very late night, you might find a chance

Super crowded, great atmosphere, reminds me of Ximending. Rows and rows of restaurants, street hawkers, local souvenirs shops. Had a great dinner at one of those ramen vending machines shop and spent at hour walking around the area after that.

Very crowded during peak seasons and especially at night. You may want to visit Dotonburi in the afternoon where there is lesser crowd.

Not sure about it, but according to Google map, it seems that you could walk there. 1.7km for about 20 min walk. Try to google it, it shows you the route too.

I highly recommend installing Google Maps and Hyperdia on your phone and hopefully you get international data there. Those apps eliminated a ton of travel stress while we were in Japan!
