A must visit when in Osaka. You will see the whole city in 360 degrees. The building itself also has a great architecture.

We visited this place before sunset started and watched how the sun is going down. Was very lovely. Then the city lights turned on and you can see the night city. The entrance fee was not expensive at all only 1000 yen. You can see...More

As far as view is concerned, it is now much different from Harukas observatory or any high towers in other cities. What impressed me was the technology to lift up the observatory between two buildings. I strongly suggest to watch the video about how it...More

Night time shots are ridiculously cool. Wonderful experience. From the lifts up to the escalators across buildings. This place is just well worth a visit.

I had a Kansai Thru Pass, so entrance ticket was less 10%. Excellent panoramic views of Osaka from the 39th and 40th floors. It was quite windy at the Floating Garden Observatory when I visited, coupled with the chilly weather I could not stand outside...More

I'm not sure if my review of the building it's in is doubling up. The whole building feels like it's moving and that was spooky! Definitely worth a visit!

For ¥1000, this is easily one of the best value observatories in the world. It really shows the true concrete jungle of Osaka and it really is something to see. You have to come at night as the city lights just keep going and going...More

This was amazing to go and see and be able view a panoramic of the city. We went an hour before dark so we could view the city during sunset and at night. Best time to go in my opinion.

This is a nice place to visit if you want views of Osaka from up high. There is an outside look out at the very top, which can get cold and windy! You're not even allowed to open an umbrella or wear a hat outside!...More

Magnificent place to see Osaka nearly from the heaven. A small japan garden just beside the observatory. Worthwhile to visit and get fresh air.

It's free if you have an Osaka Amazing Pass but if you don't have it, you would have to pay 700 yen.
Hi. How many kilometers is the 3 hour tour? How about the 6 hour tour? I ask because the most I have gone biking is 20 kms in 2 hours. And my wife only half of that. Also can I bike in walking clothes? I don't want to pack cycling outfits. Thanks in advance. Jaime G.
