This is a famous theatre for the Yoshimoto stable of comedians, and as such is a mainstay of Japanese comedy. However, if you don't speak Japanese there's nothing here at all for you. The shows could be interesting in a "I have no idea what's...More

Namba Grand Kagetsu is the home of Yoshimoto, a well-known comedy company in Japan. As a Japanese I like this kind of performance very much, but for foreigntourists it might be difficult to understand the show without the knowledge of Japanese.

The two streets running alongside the Doutonburi canal and busy and garish, but still fun; so experience what everyone else has and enjoy yourself. However, go off the main thoroughfare and you will find some great restaurants. Small, reasonably priced, and really good food.
