The experience was the best part of this place (oh and the fried rice). Ramen was just average - the lack of meat was the most disappointing. Someone ordered karaage next to us which looked amazing. But Yeah, ramen could have been better.

The flames were impressive but left an acrid metallic flavour in the ramen. Obviously a well run establishment but if you want good tasting ramen go elsewhere!

Father and son team who were super friendly and funny. Experience was a blast and very detailed. We got to make noodles, chicken char siew and the broth. After which we even got to make and try their signature fire ramen.
