It's elegantly located on the waterfront, in Kobe Harbourland. Great spot to view Kobe both day and night, with shopping centers, parks, and restaurants nearby. Easily accessible by buses.

We took a stroll in the evening. It was a very relaxing place to feel a bit of sea breeze and a magnificent view. There are lots of restaurant nearby, high end dining and also coffee shops.
