Kobe Harborland is clean and beautiful harbor city... around this area there is an elvis statue, play rides, a restaurant with kobe beef , frantz chocolate and other souvenirs.

A good viewpoint for Kobe. A small fee but you can enjoy the lovely panorama of the Kobe city and the wide dockland. a restaurant is there also.
