It is seem more a park for relaxing and strolling. We spend around 2 hours here. Just a few visitors when we were here. We were glad to learn more regarding the history of this place. Easy come here by metro. Visited on June 2018.

We visited the park on a Saturday morning and a lot of activity was going on. Locals were taking salsa class, drawing characters, singing in a choir, playing sports... The park was free when we visited it.

Lots of wide open spaces and sculptures especially the big hand and rifle sculpture momument at the centre of the Park. Lots of spaces for rest and recreation activities. Good for a day out in the Park for picnic.

We did not find this park, near to our hotel, to be of much interest since we did not have the necessary back ground. The notices are all in Chinese, with no English versions available. Good place for a stroll within the city.

To be honest I visited this place on the way past after visiting a local restaurant. It is designed mainly for the local chinese and this is represented in the lack of translated material in the park. There was a lot of information about the...More
