We did a walking tour with a guide & this was one of the sites we saw. Interesting? No, but it was n the tour. I would not waste my time just to go & see this.

200 metres from Lyuba and diagonally opposite the Seraphim chapel. Just a quick photo op as you wait to cross the road.

Was working though TripAdvisor's list of things to do as I was in Omsk for 3 months and was out shopping and found this by accident just one of many monuments to look at and find

Like Lyuba and Stepan, the Policeman offers anyone the chance to be photographed with a bit of Omsk's history.
