When this church was renovated the traditional spire (pre the religious revolution of Peter the Great) was uncovered. It had previously been covered up to conform to the 'new' religious norms. Interesting especially if you've got a bit of Russian history under your belt.

Nice cathedral, the ice sculptures outside were very special and it was a shame they were not lit at night. This was one of nicest cathedrals in Siberia

We enjoyed a small mass while we were there. Beautiful wood interiors and stained-glass windows. Worth a 10 minute visit just to enjoy.

A 300 year old cathedral, beautifully decorated, it is a monument to Russian piety as well as the restoration skills of the people.

A lovely well maintained orthodox cathedral.Beautifully decorated.Women need to cover their head ,if you didn't have a scarf there is a little basket at the entrance full of scarves to borrow
