It's a good museum if you like contemporary arts. It's just for your eyes if you can't speak Russian. No folder or signs in English. Even try to buy a ticket it's hard if you can't request it in Russian. Free Internet avaliable.

The arts center is situated in the Kremlin wall so it's worth visiting at least because of its location. There's a cafe and a media library inside.
