Its exhibition tells about the drink which has been an integral part and essential attribute of Russian life for centuries. Russian Vodka Museum is a member of "Museum Quarter. St.Petersburg." The museum is, indeed, associated to the restaurant. I believe the museum closes at 20:00hrs but you can still have dinner in the restaurant after that hour. Not so sure about the bar in the museum. Enjoy
