Just a nice monument on a road where there are many statues around. If you're serching for them and start from the center this should probably be on your way but after seeing it, there's really nothing more to it.

A nice statue. And there is not much more to say about this. Drive by and don't forget to look beside.

Firstly, a nice representation of the Belle Epoque period art, a rarity in Kaliningrad. Secondly, it should be noted that the animals represented in the sculpture are wild oxen (aurochs?European bisons?), not merely garden variety bulls. Thirdly, the sculpture acquires some color during Easter.

Two fighting bulls in front of the University of Law in Kaliningrad. Their balls are the most popular part of the statue, so.. they are shinny and people rub them for good luck.

Apparently the two bisons (zubr) symbolise a prosecutor and an advocate as they're in front of the Law Faculty. Before, the students used to swing on their tails, nowadays they make their own special Easter Eggs from their... erm testicles, they paint them red or...More
