There is a wonderful collection of Impressionists and Post-Impressionists. Our guide said it is even better than the General Staff Building in St. Petersburg. I have to agree. Don't miss that either! The collection is extensive but manageable, quality not quantity.

Fantastic collection of modern art! All the great artists are shown in a very structured way. It's the best opportunity to introduce your children to impressionism, realism or modernism. The museun is quite near de Red Square,It's not very big ,The collection is exquisite .They have a lot of famous paintings: Matisse,Picasso,Gauguin,Van Gogh.Monet.Manet. A great pleasure.
