From the minute that we received an email providing us with a shopping list including Russian vodka, cucumbers and sparklers I knew this virtual tour was going to be fun! Absolutely brilliant virtual tour, where you are taken to all the main sites of Moscow virtually with excellent local knowledge and explanation. Anna and Olga were excellent at handling what was a pretty rowdy group! However, what really made this tour stand out was the way that they managed to bring Russian traditions into your own house in a totally interactive way. I don't want to spoil any of the surprises, but thoroughly recommend trying this during lockdown. I know I will be trying Olga's cookery class over the next few weeks!

Urban Adventures were very helpful, I had a gap in my itinerary- on Defenders of the Fatherland day. They were able to recommend a modified tour of the metro. The guide (Maria) was very knowledgeable and gave an entertaining description of the spectacular decor of the central Moscow metro stations.

Was taken through the Danilovsky Market by Alexandra. She knew the perfect order in which to try the food, picked out some of the best bread I’ve had in my life, and was wonderful company. In addition to Russian standbys such as borscht and pelmeni, we also tried crepes from Dagestan and horse meat. The honey and the salo were highlights. Very much recommend!

Went to Russia on Jan 2020,and one of the program was visit this metro under ground station. At first we can't imagine what kind of a attraction it was, a metro station?? But then our guide take us to different city stations up and down alleys from one gate to another ffom one level to another and yess all these metro station has a beautiful historic decorations. Only afew minutes for each station and off we go to another, hop on and off with different historical decorations. And the journey closed with taking the highest 5 minutes long escalator from the very deep of Moscow underground to the surface. What a thrill.
