Beautiful renovated building. Not a large collection on display, but still worthwhile. I learned a fair bit about Romanian artists. Also a collection of continental European art. It was a quiet day..and they didn't bother opening the ticket wicket to charge me admission!

Nice little museum with Romanian artists. It wasn't that big. We spent about an hour going through the gallery. They did not offer any tours, but we were able to follow along as there was info in English.

When visiting Timisoare it is a must to visit this museum. It is an old collection about the arts and history of Timisoara.

A bull dripping with what appears to be blood on a baroque altar 'paying for our sins'. Unexpected contrasts, but always in balance, beautiful and shocking at the same time. Fikl's contemporary art in an old palace in the middle of Timisoara, but also some Flemish and Dutch 17th century masters like van Ostade's 'musicians on the street' and Jacques... More

The museum is very nice, featuring great art. The architecture is also very inspiring, and the neighborhood has been improved with updated streets and terraces.

It was a little odd because the staff followed me from room to room. There was not a book with the paintings in it and you were not allowed to take pictures. As it is the only art museum in town, I would recommend it. It is not expensive but some of the art is great.

In Timisoara, a rany day, so perfect for visiting a museum. The price for entrance is very cheap and all the ladies from the floors were welcoming and give us a free tour of Art. I really recomand it!
