Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

First off, no pizza available because oven is not working. Next, no smoked ham as listed for a salad. Finally, cannot serve water due to system issues but only hot water offered ... even though Baguio has a city ordinance requiring restaurants to offer free water when requested. They could have done better and the first disappointing dining experience at any Mary Grace location. This location needs to do much better!

Its been a while since the last time I visited SM Baguio and there are changes made. It does have now a garden at the top floor and thats a very good thing to have knowing SM Malls are more on a boxi'ish type (maximizing every space to fit one stall). For this, a garden is a plus. One thing, no aircon(its cold no worries hehe). Again, no photos as I am busy with our pet dog :)

Get dropped off and let some one else deal with parking or get a taxi to and from. Traffic is terrible. Otherwise, the mall is nice and has a variety of stores to choose.

SM is SM were ever you go. It has a pleasant view discounting the construction with all the usual outlets. Cant complain.

As soon as you arrive and try to park the guards pull an orange barrier in front of your car and wont let you park and laugh at you. Sm hates its customers it's why they have no parking and never fix anything inside. They built an amusement park but can't fix the elevator? Or can't extend the parking garage? Why?

My first time visiting a mall that does not have an air-conditioning system. As we all know the climate in Baguio,it is still cold even if your inside the premise. Lots of shops and Pasalubong stalls. Nice.

Avoid this city if possible. The city itself has some nice places, but everything is so incredibly crowded that will make your experience very exasperating. The mall, parks, traffic. Whatever you decide to do, wherever you decide to go is a pain due to so many people, anytime, anywhere. The city is a bit more bearable at night but for the love of god it's even more crowded than Manila. This happens any day of the week, but weekends is even more advisable to stay away from this city.

Crowded on a Saturday afternoon. Opportunity to get a nice view from their decks. Like the variety of shopping options. Wheelchair access.

SM Malls are all over the Philippines and sometimes there is more than one in a city. In Baguio, this is the only SM Mall in the city so it not to be missed since most visitors will end up buying something or dining here.

Is there an Apple Store available, if so do they provide on-site service?

I'm sorry for your experience with our guards. We'll ensure the improvement of the services you have mentioned. As for the parking, our mall is trying to minimize the usage of personal vehicles to our mall as it has affected the quality of our air. We would suggest you to use the public jeepney to our mall. Not only it could improve our air quality, but also you can save many other miscellanous costs.
Thank you for voicing out your concern!

Written 3 March 2019
Every SM malls have travelers Lounge where you can leave your baggage/luggage with pay . But also, you can leave your baggage for a short time free at there baggage counter area near the supermarket. Just tell the in charge that you will enter the supermarket to buy some items.

Does it have an event/activity center? If yes, how large is it and how many people can it fit?
