We had a hire car so drove and parked close to the entrance, then walked for a couple of hours and saw all three waterfalls. The kids swam in the pools below waterfall 2 which looked great, but pretty chilly. The paths are well maintained...More

We took a shuttle bus from Boquete for around 2$ to get to the Lost Waterfalls at 8 a.m. It was a half an hour ride and when we got off the bus, the park was eerily empty. Mixed signs greeted us at the entry:...More

This was one of my favorite hikes in the Boquete area. Lush green jungle, and I even saw a Quetzal (female) in June, a time of the year when it's difficult to find them. The waterfall was very high, but not overly spectacular. The hummingbirds...More

Hi, Sorry that I didn't see this question before. It's rated moderate to difficult. The 4 year old would have problems without a lot of help and they would both need supervision.
