Very stunning and as long you aren’t there when a cruise ship docks, very peaceful! The numbers and diversity of the fish was amazing even without a snorkel.

If you want to swim in tropical waters but are scared of "stuff" then you will definitely love this spot. It's shallow, colorful fishes, stunning surrounding. A few horseflies though, but stay in the water it'll be fine!

Great for snorkelling. Amazing corals and fish. Beautiful place to soak in the beauty. The water was crystal clear and warm.

We visited here recently and thoroughly enjoyed relaxing by the water and going for a refreshing swim in these tranquil settings. Would have loved to have stayed here longer and enjoyed another lobster being cooked over the coals by one of the friendly locals

Unfortunately on our recent attempt we were told the pool is now closed on cruise ship visit days. Apparently the local resort has the ownership rights.

Fabulous beaches and grilled lobster. A few hours off a cruise ship was not enough but it's getting us back to New Caledonia for a longer stay

This was approx 30-45 min trek but the pool was amazing. Some of the best snorkelling in New Caledonia in quite shallow water.

certainly no need for snorkelling tour you just step into the water and it's all there. There is a bus that tours the islands historical points that you can pay and grab when you arrive - they may know of a snorkel expert... More
