The staffs at counter are friendly, capable and helpful. However the staff behind the facebook and whatsapp support is TERRIBLE.
I've contacted facebook and whatsapp support on 14th Dec to understand what are the available activities and whether adult is required to accompany kids that age 10-12yrs old. I learn from klook that it is not required, but to be very sure I try to get confirmation. But as you can see in the conversation, the staff only copy paste standard message without directly answer my doubt. When i press harder the staff tell me "must be accompany by fully vaccinated adults".
I reluctantly purchased one extra adult ticket, and only to find out today at the counter that it is NOT REQUIRED to be accompany by adult.
As for the experience in Kidzania, many activities are too simple (like comb the toy cat!), queue for 1 hour for popular activity. Many of the activities required extra payment.

We payed for my daughter’s birthday here. First of all the system to make the deposit was very difficult; it would not go through. The lady I was in contact with was unreachable due to it being her “birthday”. On the day of the party they ripped us off on the party room. They tried to kick us out before we even cut the cake because we had a time limit which we did not know of (mind you we had already payed deposit and extra money that was for extra services). I had already told them we were waiting for one more person and they wanted to charge us for an extra hour when all we needed was to cut the cake. On top of that we had just ordered 2 more pizzas. So because I did not want to pay for an extra hour, the lady with the headset told us we would have to get out. She said there was other parties, but in reality they told me before that my daughter’s party was the only one for that Sunday. (Plus there was another party room next door not in use). So I guess they expected us to eat the extra pizza we just payed for and cake in the hallway. The lady with the headset was very rude barging in our party room to basically kick us out several times. They could of at least mentioned that we only had certain amount left so we could begin to do cake and presents. We payed a good amount of money for them to treat us that way and on top of that they wanted more money from us. I was very disappointed with our experience. It was our first and last time to visit there. It was too much stress to deal with the workers who could not even appreciate our business. Next time we will for sure take our business some where else. Do not waste your time or money there. Even Chuck E. Cheese would have accommodated us better.

We went on a weekday on 5th day of Chinese New Year. Very dissappinted that out of 60 activities in website, 14 are closed and 8 have limited time slots to attend, so remaining acitivities become very crowded. They shall publish which activity would close when selling the tickets online to be fair to customers.

Terrible experience. We booked 3 weeks in advance but when we arrived, we were told it was completely full, and they advised us to come back another day. But since we were flying home the next day, we could not return another day. We went in to take a look and it was way too crowded for safety. If a fire broke out, it would be a disaster because the place is virtually so packed there is no where to even walk. The activities are also not really fun for the kids- not really much of an experience for the “job”. Long queues for all the activities. The staff were not interested in orientating us. After a while, we realized we were supposed to get some Kidzania $ at the door which the staff didn’t give us. We stayed for about an hour trying to find an activity to do, then left because it was just impossible. Perhaps a weekday would have been better but definitely do not come on peak days. Definitely not worth the entrance fee. Will not come again.

Just waste of money.
PRO:
Having a good concept to teach kid about money, job creation and understanding of each role.
Worst - Can’t make it part :
1.It is so much commercial - foodpanda, cuckoo, Panasonic branding were so much implant into overall kid’s minds
2.There is no purchase counter and all purchase has to made online in advance. People’s are queuing long for common unknown actions for this ; quite stupid arrangement.
3. Another stupid arrangement was forcing kid to queue for registration for the next time slot any imagine how kid would disappoint while they were outside the door but can’t entered.
4.Wall climbing also another, we were wearing a toes covering shoes but we were told not allow to take part just because of it is not a sport shoes?
Your staffs whose supporting this section is quite racist just because we’re not Malay. Kind of unfair treatment for paying the cost but not getting the service.
5. Staffs are mostly unfriendly or can’t speak English - do train your staffs properly if you want to run such business.

Plenty of things for kids aged 9 and below to enjoy. But avoid going during school holiday period as they will just sell to 100% capacity or beyond during school holiday. Official website is 100 RM per kids. Adults about 60+RM. Only managed play about 6 areas for the kids. Maybe can gp straight to level 2 area and play 1st rather than start from ground floor.

I think this is best place & activity so far I ever had with my kids! I started to fall in love with their staff, and their team leader. Really friendly and never let my kids to be alone. Always approaching in exciting way even the time almost close at that time. Meaning that, they all always put aside their tiredness to ensure all the kids are enjoyable. Their team leader always been around, and being friendly with all parents. Even after going back, my kids keep on mentioning all the staff that she has been met during the activity. Meaning that, my kids happy to be around them. I give 10/10 star to all the staff, especially Fyy Azmi and Farah their team leader. I hope their management would read this and always keeping all of these staff with them to be in another forever year! For me the activity that they have been provide I would give 10/10. All the activity actually really exciting and educated knowledge for my kids as well.

Fun place for kids to experience the role-play activities of working adults..There is replica off each professions such as a bank,a fire station, a radio station, a hospital, a supermarket and many more..Kids can be in a character & earn their own salary..
This is really good education for kids. Kids can learn how to earn and pay money, they must understand how exciting thier life is. RM100 per person from 4 to 17 years old. RM60 per person for adults. They had some discount for resident previously but now no promotion. Kids can enjoy lots of activities and learn how to earn money. Kids also can use money for some services and toys. You can have Subway, A&W and snack inside. They have lounge for adults to wait at 1 floor, limited space but comfortable. Capacity for activities are limited so that you have to queue for a while but relatively not crowded here compared with other countries Kidzania.

My younger brother and I visited Kidzania Kuala Lumpur on 21/4/2021 and had an absolute blast! This was our third time visiting, and we have never been disappointed. The staff there are very friendly, extremely enthusiastic, always cheerful and really polite.
Now is the best time to go as there was little to no one there when we (me, my younger brother and my mother) were there, which means there was no queue.
KidZania Kuala Lumpur takes Covid precautions very seriously as children are required to sanitize their hands before starting an activity. KidZania Kuala Lumpur also reduced the number of children per activity.
For now, parents and children can exit and re-enter again (the same day) which means there are more food choices available as there is a mall connected to it.
Children of any age will have the best day in their life at KidZania Kuala Lumpur, so don't wait to buy your ticket now!

Blatant lies. No one had tried to get in touch and my child certainly didn’t volunteer. Your staff didn’t end up taking the role, my son did. What is unreasonable is the staff and management replying exasperatingly with lies. CCTV would have prove otherwise or maybe like the staff of kidzania is just as inoperative and useless.

Hi Mae7799, we have tried to get in touch with you since 8th April but have not heard back. We have investigated this matter and found that your child volunteered to be the patient when before changing his mind. Our staff ended up taking the patient's role. We find your complaint unreasonable.

I have a toddler who is 2 years and 4 months old. Are there any role playing activities a toddler can participate in?
Written 28 March 2019
I think the minimum is 4yo. But Even at 4yo there are limited jobs they can participate in. It’s Not worth your money taking a child under 4yo there.

One day or 2 days to cover kidszania? My kids have been to the one in Singapore before...so not sure if we need 2 days to cover all activities.
Any recommended places to stay?

Royale Bintang The Curve Hotel is a good choice near the Kidzania. This suitable place for family travel, IKEA, Tesco, Curve shop and other shopping malls.
Plan on the weekday is better than weekends, but remind weekends open hours longer than weekdays. cause this reason, a lot of parents plans on weekends.
