Nice food court

Wide variety of choices of food available, open till night time though not every stall was opened where we were there. The price is reasonable given its location.

Damai Central isn't well known for its choice of retail outlets, however I'm not there to shop, I'm there to eat where the locals eat, as hotels and resorts tend to cater for the tourist's pallet. Damai central has a large selection of foods from Roti to Tom Yam. What surprised me was that the average price was 8 to... More

The sea breeze, the sounds of waves lapping on the shore and a stretch of blue sea reaching to the horizons. What tops is all is you look up and realise you're surrounded by tall, green mountains. You'll feel safe and secluded from the outside world, in this little combination of blue and green eye candy.

This place is in between Damai Beach and Damai Puri. Free admission. Can plan to go together with the visit to Sarawak Cultural Village which is just opposite.

been there for dinner. Not so many stalls are opened at that time. But no chance to take photo with Kenyalang statue since it is so dark. Got 7E there for 24hours shopping. and it is in front of Sarawak cultural village.

It depends, if you are in high season here, may be a better, more crowded with shops, counters and attractions, in the low season, when we were there, was average, some souvenir shops and food counters near sarawak cultural village, which were really fine, local cousine was delicious at all.

Opposite the Sarawak Cultural Village, and connected to Damai Beach Resort via a narrow walking bridge. A nicely constructed mini mall with provision of shop lots, a couple of restaurants, a budget accommodation, foodcourt, courtyard, and a mini amphitheatre. However, nothing much was happening there even on weekends. OK to drop by there just have a look if you are... More

If you stay in nearby reorder and had visited the Cultural Village. It is perhaps a good idea to just have a morning or evening stroll around this Damai Central looking at the scenic Santubong Mountain and Damai Beach.

The place was nice, but too quiet and empty. Didn't get to the beach because it was too sunny and hot, we were too tired for that after the Cultural Village. We had our lunch at this restaurant/bistro place called Escobar. Everything looks good at first until we get in. It's so hot even when the aircond is on, so... More
