Real caving for everybody! Easy, intermediate and technical day trips...

Real caving for everybody! Easy, intermediate and technical day trips through fabulous, deserted caves. Educational too - we run presentations on local geology and archaeology. We can supply you with all equipment and protective clothing - bring a towel and T-shirt. Dangerous? No! We have an excellent safety record which makes Kuching Caving as safe as shopping. "The best thing we did in Kuching" is the reaction from most of our guests. Western managed. Established 2007.

It was a relatively short driving journey to reach the cave, less than 19KM from Kuching City. Usually visitors are recommend to visit the well trodden caves, Gua Sireh and the Broken Jar. Due to unfamiliarity with the cave and its terrain, would strongly recommend to engage a proper licensed guide. The caves have breathtaking cave view and vegetation. Would... More

Just a very unforgettable trip.1st cave is more on exploring indoor.2nd cave is more on exploring beautiful cave in water. We have seen a number caves before in our life but the Gua Sireh and the Broken Jar cave was an awsome experience. We were picked up by James at our hotel in the morning in his 4WD. We drove to James' HQ at 10 Miles where we received a thorough introduction to the history and geology of the caves... More

James took myself and a friend through two caves with astounding ease. His local knowledge and scientific info added to the trip making it a special day indeed. He's constantly on the look out for any cool wildlife on the walls of the caves which is so cool. It is also great exercise as we walked over 2kms that day.

The 'Dropout' adventure with James and Rambli was amazing! Very exciting and enriching at the same time. We were 'repeat offenders' of Kuching Caving. This was the second time we been on an adventure with James as it was so much fun the first round! It just keep getting better. The 'Dropout' was educational. James and Rambli were such nature... You hike and swim in the dark basically its adrenaline rush and very tiring ! However its worth it because the caves are beautiful and u get to see different type of bats, scorpions, birds and reconnect to the nature ! Highly recommend to do this for once in a lifetime!

My boyfriend and I went for the "Big Spaces, Cool Streams" experience which was perfect given this was my first time caving. We are definitely coming back to try another cave next time we are in Kuching. The first cave is completely dry. We saw lots of snakes and animals in the first cave. Even for a first time caver,... Many thanks to James and his team for an amazing experience. He found a 'new' cave that appeared to have had no prior 'visitors' - how great to see what others had not see before. A trip not to be missed.

We did a day adventure caving trip to Lobang Batu and I would highly recommend this if you are looking for outdoor activities to do in Kuching. It as fairly easy with a good hike to and from the caves. It does get quite slippery at points and requires a bit of maneuvering around jungles trails so be prepared. The... More
