Alas I visited on a public holiday.....closed😞. The garden is a simple layout, main walkway to an information memorial. From the main town it is a quick drive in a taxi. Worth a visit if you have the time.

I enjoyed visiting the memorial, beautiful tranquil setting where you can reflect on the lives lost in the two World Wars. Amazing to find such a place in the middle of a busy bustling Asian city. Recommend this to all visitors.

Very close to KK Airport. Take a trip down memory lane to the fight the brave Chinese had against overpowering odds of the Japanese

This Petagas War Memorial is poorly maintained. The deeds of the locals during World War II against the Japanese have been let down by this rather pathetic attempt as a remembrance place. We expected something a lot better.

Greetings, Petagas Memorial is only about 10 k's from the harbour. All Australian war graves are on Labuan . A list can be found on website of Commonwealth War Graves Commission
