    Wonderful and overpriced
Paying RM60 is not less if family of 5-6 members will visit. Taking photo with Bird is RM85. Wow what a joke. To be honest, the park is amazing, well maintained, plenty of birds, animals and reptiles. Good interaction with animals in feeding and touching. Enjoy with deers and turtles

    Wonderful
Defenetely worth to visit. We were in many zoos (KL, Singapore, Taiping, Moscow, Guangzhou, etc) and first we were not sure if it worth to go. But as a result we got a lot of pleasure, positive emotions. First of all, of course, kids (6 and 13 yo). But adults were also pleased. Clean, spacious, cosy place

    Beautiful Langkawi Gem
Upon reading reviews, glad I never listened the wildlife park was so beautiful and well kept. Entry you receive a bag of food we paid an extra 3RM for more pellets. So many beautiful, well kept animals personal faves flamingoes, macaws, deers and turtles. We spent a good 2 hours walking around interacting with the animals. Great day out.

    Fun trip for family
This is a pleasure trip for our family, all the animals are well looked after and staff is friendly. The feed pack is definitely needed, I bought two packs for my daughter and she finished all. Almost every animals there you could feed,.and they are all good at begging food.We had great time there and kind of touched all the animals, and all the.girls love it.

What a wonderful experience! It's like a mini petting zoo so you get to interact with the animals. Heard that its a bird park converted into a wildlife park.
Overall zoo is very clean. We went on a weekday, the staff seem to be following us around. Turns out it is so that they can guide us on what to feed each animal, how to interact with them, photography - this is super helpful as they'll tell you what to look out for and you can ask them questions too.
Just need to take note of your surrounding especially the bird area is free roaming so birds are all over the floor when there's food. don't step on them!
Other than the raccoons pacing around looking more bored/stressed, the rest seems more at ease. Enclosures are kept clean quite often by the staff stationed at the respective area.
There's also shelter all along the zoo so there is shade from the sun. Each area also has basin to wash hands and bins to throw rubbish. Maybe having some small stations where we can buy more animal feed will be good! No restaurants here though there's drinks and snacks stalls. I really enjoy my time here, hope to return again next time!

I’m not against zoos. I love animals and many zoos have them in good condition. This is not one of them. I’ll try and make a list:
1) Racoons’ are living in small enclosures and are visibly stressed: they pace up and down continuously. The habitats are 3 logs crossed and a small hut, that’s all. Their habitat were the worst of all park considering racoons are very smart animals.
2) Guinea pigs were running free in an enclosed area were kids could come in completely unsupervised. I’ve read there is always staff to make it safe but it’s not true. I was sitting there for 10-15 minutes and kids were running around, some trying to kick the Guinea pigs. Staff were coming and going and nobody paid any attention to the animals. And yes, kids were grabbing animals from the floor and playing with them as if they were toys.
3) Sugar gliders. As awful as racoons. 3-4 sugar gliders in a cage of about 70x40 cms. Once a day they take one out and let kids play with it. They offered it to my kid but the poor animal was trembling so scared we refused.
4) There is a vervet monkey in a cage, alone. I asked staff and they told me there was another monkey but died. The other monkey I think was a blue monkey. One poor animal of each species, in a cage of about 80 m3.
5) Rabbits were missing most of their fur (stress? Sickness?).
6) Braman kite and white bellied eagles were sad to look at. They are magnificent birds who don’t belong in a zoo. There are many in the sky in Langkawi, people just have to look up to see them flying high.
Some other animals, specially small birds, looked good and their enclosures were fine. There are many bird species in SE Asia and this could have been a great aviary instead of a horrific petting zoo.

Was fine. Not much to do on the island so decided to give this a visit. Obviously this is more interesting if you have a little children, but it was fine. Personally I much more enjoyed visiting the four seasons for a cocktail.

Well set up and very good. Lots of chances to get close the animals. Lots of different and varying animals. Looks like it might be under renovations though, as lots of empty space

Visiting Langkawi Wildlife Park was a truly enchanting experience. The vibrant array of animals, coupled with the park's commitment to conservation, made it a memorable adventure. From exotic birds in lush aviaries to the playful antics of primates, every moment felt like a journey into the heart of nature. The well-maintained enclosures and knowledgeable staff added to the overall enjoyment. Langkawi Wildlife Park is a must-visit for anyone seeking a close encounter with diverse wildlife in a beautifully curated setting.

An additional highlight was the opportunity to interact with the animals by feeding them. The park provides a variety of feeds suitable for different species, allowing visitors to engage in a hands-on and educational experience. From feeding friendly deer to offering treats to inquisitive parrots, the chance to nourish and connect with the animals added a unique and delightful dimension to my visit. It's not just a wildlife park; it's an immersive adventure where you become a part of the animals' world.

I have been there with my wife n my kid. Arrived at this place around 1600h. Not worth for money that I paid for. It's better to go to Zoo Taiping or Zoo Negara. Poor service from staff, lack of smile and not friendly when we are asking some questions. And also the photographer guy at entrance so rude when I'm touching the African grey parrot. Shame on your company to have a staff like this. I'm not recommended this place for my friend and family to visit if they are traveling to Langkawi.
