we came to Langkawi by ferry from penang this was our opening option nice trees view specially sunset time for nice pictures if you like photography

If you visit langkawi its a must you should visit.. nice place to take good photos of nature too.. big eagle statue cover by sea aside

You are not in Langkawi if you don't have a picture in Eagle square. It is free entry and near to Kuah Jetty. You can asked the taxi driver to drop you off here because finding a car park is difficult day and night.

It's very popular destination in the island, because there's a ferry jetty here...all ferry from mainland of peninsula Malaysia and Saturn Thailand will stopped here to take their passengers....so many tourist come to take pictures here

Once you have taken your photos of the national bird, there is not much else to see Nearby there is a fairly large shopping area selling local and imported items, from souvenirs to household goods.

Not sure about prayer facilities but there are halal food stalls about 5 minutes walk away and there are also segregation of male and female toilets
