Got an unpleasant 'surprise' during entry when staff said my 3 year old needs a ticket. We had checked several sites before the visit, and even on their entry counter they wrote the following: • Children 3 years and below can enter for free I went back to my hotel for a ticket as they sell discounted for guests. A good place for young children to play and consume their energy especially in bad weather (coz it's indoor playground with air con), attractive barney show must see and also the XO handcraft

Went to Sanrio Hello Kitty Town with my 4 y.o daughter..she loves hello kitty and have a good time there. Don't miss the live show! Very interactive indeed. You may want to avoid buy some merch there..bcoz it's way more expensinve! Not sure about the reason, maybe bcoz they imported it from Japan. Overall..it's quite entertaining.

We visited both parks, Hello Kitty Town & Little Big Club. It was a decent place. Perfect for Hello Kitty Fans. We enjoyed it for about an hour. Honestly, not worth the price we paid for. They should consider adding more variety of activities to attract more visitors.

Everything pink and Hello Kitty. Great fun for fans, allow yourself about 3 hours to get around the park, longer if you have kids who want to spend more time in the indoor playground. There is not a lot of choice in healthy food however, so you might want to have a meal first.

my daughters enjoyed their visit here. There was a birthday celebration too. Need to spend the whole day there to get the chance to do all the activities especially the meet and greet session. I want go there again.

Hello kitty town is more like a large indoor playground rather than a amusement park. We went to hello kitty town (level 2), Little Big Club (level 3) and Thomas town (level 4). One day is more than enough for my 5 year old and 2 year old in these 3 towns.
