It’s a lovely, holy and peaceful monastery. Fabulous views. I could easily live there forever. It’s a nice Christian site. There are 2 churches, museum, a nice restaurant, toilets, souvenir shops. One can park there, but on Sundays, it’s a bit difficult if one is...More

Its a holy place and Its worth to go there. Entrance is Free. But on sunday it is exttremely busy so I recommand another day to visit this place. As this is really high on the mountain, don't forget your jacket, Its really cold there.

If you have heard of St. Charbel and his numerous miracles, You would love to visit his relics, his tomb, pray in the church etc. If you don't know him, this is a good chance to get to know one of Lebanon's most famous saints....More

This is a place to visit in the touring around byblos. A spiritual retreat from the noise of the city and a moment to talk with Saint Charbel the generous saint of Lebanon who reached all the continents with his miracoulous healings.
