Good walking pilgrimage! Loved it and walked it! Would recommend go experienced long distances walkers only! English speaking a must and some Japanese spoken is an added value! Ganbatai!

This is the 84th temple in the Shikoku 88 Temple Pilgrimage, Yashima-ji, is located atop the mountain. I came here a few times because it has nice sunset scenery especially if the weather is clear.

If you are making a trip to Japan, you have passed by Kyoto. There you can find the most beatiful temples and shrines. It worth a turn ti see the stunning viee if Seto Inland sea with its islands.
