A bit of a detour, but definitely worth it. The combination of beautiful landscape, wild rocky shore, the view and the quaint lighthouse makes this a unique spot! Try to visit during sunset.

We had one day in Ishigaki and this is one of the stops recommended to check out. Beautiful scenery -- I highly recommend checking it out -- another one I would revisit.

The drive up provided many nice views of the coast line and the final view did not disappoint in the least. (If you are a Geocacher, the cache located here is a nice bonus.)

Absolutely a beautiful place for watching sunset. Small place on a hill. Bit crowdy but definitely ok. Not beach! Nice lighthouse. There were some insects/muscitos. Bathroom and vending machine available.
