Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

A small little shrine in Sasebo a few minutes away by car from the center. The path to the shrine doesn't take too long. There's two entrances, one where it's wheelchair accessible and the other where you have to climb a bunch of stairs. Going to go back here for New Years although we went today just to show my brother, who was visiting Japan, an actual shrine. They have limited charms for driving, passing exams, relationships, and good luck. Definitely make sure to pray to the gods when you visit!

This is a very great place to visit. It’s a very quiet place just off a main road. You can come and enjoy the scenery, make wishes, and purchase written oracles/ fortunes. Recommend 30-45 minutes.

This is one of the shrine that was introduce when we were having the AOB by the base..... it is very serene and s place to bless and wish for everything.... hopefully whatever you've wished for comes true!!! Minimum donation for the wishes is 5yen and just toss the coin in the altar in front of the the shrine, ring the bell, clap twice and say your prayers/wishes.... Good luck!
