Quite easy to access via the Nankai express train to stop at Rinku station. Good outlet design with double storeys and well covered walkways. You can store your luggage with coin lockers available throughout.

This large outlet is a collection of international brands. Apart from household names, it also hosts some notable local boutiques. The area is vast and permits a pleasant shopping experience even during weekends. The layout is typical American.

YES! Its possible to shop at superb bargain prices in Japan. This place feels and looks like an outlet mall in California. Though there are some pretty pricey stores, there are also tons of stuff on sale.
I never thought it was possible to shop in Japan, but Rinku Outlet showed us it is possible!!! Not everything in Japan is expensive!!!
Don't miss visiting this place! We were only here for a couole of hours, we could have easily spent the whole day here!

Lots of brand shops, mainly clothing, which all seemed expensive. There is also a Lego shop which was interesting, but again expensive. It could be worth visiting if you like any particular brands of clothing.

I like the brands here at Rinkutown and I got good deals from different brands since this is also owned by the Premium Outlets chain. There's a shop at the first level that sells luxury bags (slightly out of season) but if you don't mind an older model of a bag then it's worth the purchase. Also the food choices here are awesome especially the restaurants in level 2 serving Nabe and Katsudon.

It's a nice outlet complex with many shops available. It's easy to get there. However, the discounts offered by the shops do not seem attractive enough.

Located just 1 station away from Kansai Airport, it was nice and huge premium outlet. Since I was a fan of Adidas, there were so many varieties and affordable prices for Adidas, and also for other fashion.. food were also great. Love it

One way to spend waiting time before your flight is to stop here as this one stop away from Kansai airport. Huge outlet store with huge discounts. There are coin lockers at the train station but if you walk a little, there are places where u can leave your luggage for a much cheaper price. Near or infront the outlet store is a sports store which I find more interesting with good deals.

Can I buy a return ticket for Nankai Rapit trains to get from Namba station to Rinku town; and then from Rinku back to Namba? How much would the rapit train tickets cost?

You can only buy a one-way ticket from/to Namba-Rinku town. I would advise you to take the ordinary train which will cost you only half fare of that Nankai-Limited Express train. Here are your options:
1) From Namba station, take the Nankai Line (every 15mins interval) with 12 stops going to Rinku Town Station for about 40mins of travel, fare is around Y780 yen.
2.) From Namba station, take the Nankai-Limited Express (every 30mins interval) with 6stops going to Rinku Town Station for about 35mins of travel, fare is around Y1,300 yen.
When getting back to Namba station from Rinku town station, just reverse either of the options i gave.
These are the cheapest & easiest way in going to RINKU PREMIUM OUTLETS.
Hope this will help you. Good luck!

Hi I’m heading to Osaka in June. My flight will land at 9am. I will most prob head over to Rinku for some therapy to pass time. I intend to take the bus from KIX to Rinku. May I know if I can bring my luggage along up the bus so that I can take the Airport Express train directly from Rinku town to Namba? Or I need to deposit my luggage at bag deposit in KIX and head back from Rinku before taking Airport express from KIX? Thanks in advance

Hi, we're planning to take the bus from KIX to Ringku Premium Outlet and saw that on the website that the fare is to be paid to the driver on the bus. However we also saw that the ticket can be bought before boarding. May I know which counter the tickets can be bought from? Please advise. Thank you!

Rinku Premium Outlet is not a very attracting visiting place if you are looking for a "real" outlet. Price is not low n product range/size very limited.
Referring to the shuttle bus, no booking is required since the quene is not long and runs on a fixed schedule.
I dont really remember the fare but just reserve cash about 500yen is all fine. Pls check updated fare price on their website.
amyway, enjoy

I just loved shopping at Rinku for specials as I was only interested in buying handbags, not shoes, so sorry that I cannot answer your question. Why not get on line and look for shoe shops and get in touch. Rinku is open till about 7.30pm at night and not so sure about opening time. Ask your hotel.
Hi my flight lands in kix 9am, so we plan to go to rinku directly. After shopping, are there buses from rinku to shinsaibashi station? We are staying at nikko Osaka hotel so think it may be more efficient to take bus to shinsaibashi directly. Thanks in advance

There are many options for you to choose from. Without having a detour, you can take a train either using the Nankai Main Line or the JR kansaikuko line to Namba station and the change to the Namba subway of midousuji line to the Hotel Nikko International.
For the former, you can search for some deal in the nanka official webstie.
For the later , you can use the train freely if you have purchased the JR pass.
In both cases, you would probably need to purchase another subway ticket or use the ICOCA for the subway transportation.
However, I think if you do not want to lose yourself in a maze of train and subway connection with your luggages after shopping. You can call up the Hotel Nikko Osaka if they can pick you up via their Kansai International Airport Limousine Bus in Rinku on the way back to the hotel. If they cannot arrange, you probably have to take all your shopping items back to the Kansai Airport to get their Limousine Bus. Please note that there are a lot of lockers in the station can store your luggage.
You can find the information in the HNO official website under the access category.

Is there car parking facilities and restaurants for good dinners? Eat at airport or at the Rinku?
Is it better to return car at Kansai airport and then take the shuttle bus to the Rinku outlet?
What frequency does the shuttle run?

From the airport, we had the shuttle bus and stayed first at star gate hotel adjacent to Rinku Premium outlet. You can take MTR going Osaka.
