Having booked this over the web in the uk before we left for Japan I was somewhat apprehensive whether the tickets would turn up. Well they did and the train and hotel booking worked flawlessly. Great value

Hey Natalie, it is on a private bus. It is very comfortable, and you get a wonderfully informative historical commentary from the local guides on the bus.
