Mount Fuji during cherry blossom

Best time in Japan for Cherry blossom, not so much for mount Fuji! The nice aspect of the tour is that there is a pick up at your hotel (most hotels), this also means you spend an... read more

We did a full day tour of the city. We were picked up from our hotel at 8:15 collecting more passengers from other hotels. We then changed busses and got started with our tour By 9:30 . The tour guide we had was very friendly and informative but she rushed us through the morning part of the tour. It was... More

Best time in Japan for Cherry blossom, not so much for mount Fuji! The nice aspect of the tour is that there is a pick up at your hotel (most hotels), this also means you spend an hour (more or less depending on where you are in the line up) picking up other people! Once everybody is in, buses are... More

We took a day tour to Mount Fuji with Gray Line. We were at the Courtyard Marriott Tokyo Station and took a cab to the Courtyard Marriott in Ginza to pick up the tour bus. We then got on a bus [Coco was our guide for the day] and the trip was about 150 Minutes. We arrived at the Mount... More

This Gray Line day tour in late Jan 2017 was very interesting. Slow start picking up at other hotels (the only negative) but a great guide, Izumi, made the whole trip fun and fascinating. Eye-opening to see the suburban parts of Tokyo on the way to Mount Fuji. Good weather meant we could visit the fourth station on the mountain,... More

Booking a Mt Fuji tour in February was always a risky proposition, and sure enough the weather was not on our side with lots of rain and fog. This tour will collect you from your hotel in the morning. While handy, this meant we had already been on the bus 40 minutes before we actually started our tour. From there,... More

Took this tour during 4 day business trip. Hit the highlights of the city but only received 3 stars for the following reasons: 1. Hotel pick up at 8 am, tour not underway until almost 10 am. Had long wait at Ritz Carlton, and then changed busses and tour guides @ 3rd stop to begin the tour. 2. Did not... More

I would not necessarily do a bus tour like this but as a solo traveller visiting Tokyo for the first time and a little daunted by the prospect this was a great way to see a lot, meet others and enjoy their company. I actually split the full day tour into a morning tour one day and an afternoon tour... More

The Hilton Hotel recommended this tour including a boat ride, a temple, a drive through the city and the Ginza area. First, they allowed an obviously drunk woman on the tour and she was continuously disruptive. She had wanted to leave the tour and get a refund but she was encouraged to stay by the tour guide. Next, only after... More

Tour was excellent and the weather cooperated. I dont know why people complain about how it would have been cheaper to go on your own. Anyways I cannot say anything bad about this tour. Tour guide Eako was excellent in giving us information. Thank you.
